Rahul Dravid opens up with India's chances in this upcoming Cricket World Cup in Australia/New Zealand in February 2015. While answering the questions after the inaugural TCM Sports Lecture in New Delhi Dravid said, India can defend the World Cup.

He explained, "World Cup fixtures are made like the first 8 teams will sail through the quarter finals. Just three good days are enough to win the world cup for India. Big tournaments are about match winners who can single-handedly win matches and India has many of them. India is still my favorite to win the trophy despite their performances in Tri-Series. Australia, India, South Africa and New Zealand will reach semi-finals. One can't let out Sri Lanka too as they always surprise us in the later part of the Championships."
